Hogalbaria Union Parishad, Allardarga Daulatpur Kushtia.

 (1) If the village court decides to pay compensation to any person or to return the property or its possession, it shall issue an order in the prescribed manner and record it in the prescribed register.

(2) In the presence of the village court, if any payment has been made or any property has been surrendered for settling the claim as per its decision, the village court shall, as the case may be, record in its register the information relating to such payment or transfer of property.
