(Land Development Tax) Instant

Land Development Tax Ordinance, 1976

Tax / rent is collected at the prescribed rate and the entry is made immediately. Union Land Office

02. Nomination and rejection

(Mutation) Maximum - 45 Government fee is 250.00 rupees. In case of application by the applicant himself or a representative on his behalf, a hearing of both the parties is held by issuing a notice after receiving the proposal from the concerned Union Land Assistant Officer. Ancillary records along with original documents were seen during the hearing. In addition, naming is done automatically upon receipt of LT notice.

03. Temporary settlement / renewal of peripheral hat bazaar 06 days In the light of the report with the recommendation of the Union Land Assistant Officer, if the terms of the lease are not violated, the lease money is renewed at the prescribed rate and the DCR is issued.
